Chardonnay

The Chardonnay is the variety of the Chablis wines, justly considered the world's finest whites. The variety grows well at the winery's El-Safi vineyard. Skin contact before draining and moderate fermentation temperature produce a full bodies, aromatic wine.

Sauvignon Blanc

The variety responsible for the finest white wines of Bordeaux. It produces intence varietal aroma in the winery's El-Safi vineyard. Fermented slowly in stainless steel. The wine has a delicate, though intense aroma, and a crisp finish.

Merlot

Next in importance to the Cabernet Sauvignon in the vineyard of Bordeaux, the Merlot ripens early. It has a fine aroma and natures more rapidly than its cousin, the Cabernet Sauvignon, producing soft wines of intense color in the Israely climate.


Emerald Riesling

Reminiscent of moselle auslesses, this Emerald Riesling was produced from grapes from the winery's El-Safi vineyard. Lightly sweet and aromatic, the 1992 wine won a bronze medal at the 1993 Vinexpo in Bordeaux.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Regarded as the premier red variety world-wide, this Cabernet Sauvignon from Golan Height grapes is fermented in the Bordeaux manner on the skins for two weeks beyond the end of fermentation for softness. the wine is matured for three years in French oak. The 1988 Cabernet Sauvignon won a gold medal at the 1993 Vinexpo; the 1989 - a silver medal at the 1995 Vinexpo.
