Sauvignon Blanc
The variety responsible for the finest white wines of Bordeaux. It produces intence varietal aroma in the winery's El-Safi vineyard. Fermented slowly in stainless steel. The wine has a delicate, though intense aroma, and a crisp finish. |
Merlot
Next in importance to the Cabernet Sauvignon in the vineyard of Bordeaux, the Merlot ripens early. It has a fine aroma and natures more rapidly than its cousin, the Cabernet Sauvignon, producing soft wines of intense color in the Israely climate. |
